If you find yourself on Sardar Patrappa Road, you’ll see us right there in the middle of all the noise in Krishna Naga. The shop at 41309 is pretty small, honestly. We have shelves lined with all sorts of things, mostly bits and pieces for phones and some cables that always seem to get tangled no matter how many times we straighten them out. It’s a busy street, so there’s always the sound of horns and people talking right outside the door. We spend most of our hours behind the counter. Sometimes we’re fixing a screen, other times we’re just helping someone figure out why their phone won't charge properly. It’s dusty work because of all the traffic outside, so we’re always wiping down the glass displays. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how the electronics work. We usually have the radio on low in the background, but you can barely hear it over the street sounds. The back room is where we keep the tools and the spare parts, and it’s usually a bit of a disaster zone. We know where everything is, though. It’s not a fancy place, just a local spot where people stop by when they have a problem with their gadgets. We stay open late most nights because that’s when people finish their own work and finally have time to drop by.
