Designation

Being here in Bangalore, the traffic is really something else, but we’ve been settled at this 560036 spot for quite a while now. Designation isn't one of those big fancy places you see in the tech parks. It's really just a small team of us trying to get things done every day. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we manage to get by. We handle the daily tasks without making a big fuss about things. We’ve been in this specific neighborhood for a bit, so most of the local people know where to find our door. It’s never been about being the biggest company, just about showing up and doing what we said we would. We usually have our morning coffee and then just start on the work. Bangalore stays busy, so we just try to stay focused. Our office is quite simple. We don't have any fancy decor or expensive glass partitions. It’s just desks and the stuff we actually need to work. Some days end up being a lot longer than others, especially when there’s a pile of paperwork to catch up on. We’ve learned that just keeping at it is the only way to go. It’s a normal office life for us here. We usually walk to the local shops for lunch. Sometimes the rain catches us off guard, but that’s just life. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just do the work we’ve got. It feels right being part of this community. We're just regular people working at Designation.
