Design Collab

Down in Jayanagar, specifically at No. 406 on 7th Main in the 2nd Block, you’ll find us. Design Collab is really just a bunch of us sitting around tables with screens and sketches. Jayanagar has that nice old feeling with the trees, though parking is always a headache near our office. We spend a lot of time arguing over small details that probably don't matter to anyone else. The office gets a bit messy with paper and samples everywhere. It’s not like those shiny offices you see in magazines. We have some plants that we sometimes forget to water and a kitchen area that usually has someone’s lunch smelling like spices. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real neighborhood. Work usually starts with someone complaining about the traffic on the way in. Then we just get to it. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist to greet you. If someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s a very casual way of doing things but we like it that way. We don't feel the need to act like a big corporation. We just want to finish the projects we started and go home on time when we can. It is a good place to spend the day and we have some decent tea shops just around the corner too.
