Desi Dhaba

We are over here in Ulsoor on 5th Main. It's a busy part of town, especially with Lido Mall right around the corner. The dhaba has been here for a while, tucked away in 3B. It’s not a huge place, just a simple spot for food. We get a lot of people coming in after they finish shopping or when they're headed home from work in the 560008 area. The road gets quite crowded in the evenings, so it’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We don't have any of that fancy decor you see in the city now. It’s mostly just wooden benches and old fans. The guys in the back have been with us since the start. They know how everything works. We just try to get the food out hot and fast. Some days are quieter than others. On weekends, the crowd from the mall makes things a bit hectic, but we manage. You can find us pretty easily if you know where the 5th Main Road is. It’s a local neighborhood thing, nothing too formal. We like it that way. No need for anything extra. Most of our customers are the same faces we see every week. It feels right being part of the Ulsoor community for this long. We don't use social media much, we just rely on people walking by. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a small generator to keep the lights on for the diners. It works for us.
