Delite Telecom

Delite Telecom is tucked away on 5th Cross, 13th Main, right in the Hal 2nd stage area. Our address is 137/1 and it’s a fairly easy spot to find if you know Dasarahalli at all. The shop is mostly taken up by a long counter and a lot of hanging cables for various types of phones. We spend a lot of time helping people with their SIM cards or trying to figure out why their data isn’t working. It gets busy during the lunch hour when everyone is out on the street. The walls are lined with basic accessories and some older phone models that have been sitting there for a bit. There is always a stack of notebooks on the desk where we keep track of the daily recharges and the repair jobs that are still pending. The lighting inside is a bit bright because of the fluorescent tubes, but it helps when we are looking at tiny screws inside a handset. Outside on the 13th Main, there is always someone honking or a bike zooming past. We have a small stool for customers to sit on while they wait for their bill to be sorted or their screen to be wiped down. It is a simple place and we don't try to make it more than it is. We just stay open, answer the questions people have, and keep the shelves somewhat tidy.
