Delight The Caterers

We are over at No.13 in JC Nagar, right on the 1st Cross in Sonappa Block. If you know Church Road, you probably know where we are. Delight The Caterers is basically just a group of us who enjoy the work of feeding people. We don't have a storefront where you sit and eat, but the kitchen stays very busy. Usually, we are up before the sun, getting the big pots out and checking the lists for the day’s orders. The 560006 area is always moving, and we are part of that. There’s a lot of chopping and stirring going on inside our space. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a big event to prep for. We aren't trying to be some big, polished company. We just do the work and try to get the food delivered on time. The van is usually parked out front on the cross road, getting loaded up with boxes and containers. We deal with all kinds of weather, especially the rain in Bangalore, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or making sure the spices are right. It’s a lot of manual work, and our hands are always busy. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who know their way around a kitchen and like to keep things simple.
