Delight Telecom

You can find Delight Telecom at 548/3 in Indira Nagar. This neighborhood is always changing with new cafes and shops opening up, but we have stayed pretty much the same. We handle a lot of mobile phone issues and service connections. People around here are always on their phones, so when something goes wrong, they need it fixed fast. We don't have a big shiny showroom. It is just a regular shop where we keep the tools and parts we need. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once, but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a good stretch of time now. The street outside can get quite jammed with cars, especially on weekends. We hear the honking and the people talking all day. We do things like bill payments and selling talk time too. It isn't complicated work, but it keeps us busy from morning to night. Most of our customers are folks who live just a few blocks away. They know us by now, and we know which phone they carry. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth seems to work just fine for a place like ours. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. Indira Nagar is a lively place to be, and we are just one small part of it. That is the way we like it.
