Deepam Talent Management Solutions is over here in Kalyan Nagar. We are at number 46 in Chelkere, specifically in the Andhra Reddy Layout. It’s right opposite Hennur. The office is where we handle all the hiring and staffing stuff. Most days it’s just us talking to people on the phone or meeting them here at the layout. It’s a busy spot but we’ve been here a while. Being across from Hennur makes it easy for folks to find us when they have an interview. We deal with talent and placements all day long. It is not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic outside near the layout gets a bit much, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We have seen the area change quite a bit around Kalyan Nagar. People come in looking for work or needing someone to fill a role at their company. We just try to help them out. There is no big corporate vibe here. It is just a small team working out of this building in Andhra Reddy Layout. We like being in this neighborhood. It feels like a real community. Every morning we open up and start going through resumes. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls. That is basically what we do here at Deepam Talent Management Solutions. Nothing too complicated about it. We are just local people doing local work in a spot that works for us.
