We are located at 310 Padma Nilaya in the Siddapura area of Jayanagar. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy I Block can get, but our spot is okay once you find it. We’ve been doing this research thing for a while now. Most days it’s just us sitting around with piles of papers and data. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. The building itself is an older one, so it has that bit of character you don't see in the new glass offices. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait for the generator to kick in while we talk about what to get for lunch from the local shops nearby. Our address is right there in the heart of Karnataka, so there’s always something happening outside. We aren't a big fancy operation, just a group of people trying to get the research done right. Usually, the mornings are the quietest time to get through the bulk of the reading. By the afternoon, the street noise picks up and it gets a bit more lively around here. We’ve got a couple of desks shoved into the rooms and enough coffee to keep us going until it’s time to head home. It’s a pretty simple setup, honestly. We don't have a lot of flashy stuff, just what we need to work. That’s pretty much how we like it.
