Down on Begur Road at the 9th cross in the JHBCS Layout, you will find us across plots 7, 8, and 9. It’s a fairly large space but we’ve managed to fill it up with all sorts of things. There is always a truck or a van parked out front, either loading up or dropping something off. The building is a bit blocky and functional, nothing that would win an award for looking pretty. Inside, there is a lot of movement. People are walking back and forth, and there is usually the sound of a tape dispenser or a crate being moved. We have a small office section, but even that is full of boxes most of the time. The floor is a bit uneven in places, so you have to watch your step. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Our shirts are usually a bit wrinkled and we drink our tea out of mismatched mugs. Danvar Foods is just a place where we get the work done. The 9th cross can get quite congested in the afternoons, so we try to get our big movements done early. It’s a practical setup and it suits the way we work. We don't have a big lobby or a sign that lights up at night. We just have the address and the work that needs doing every single day.
