Danish Steel Cluster Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Ii Race Course Road, Madhav Nagar. Our office is on the second floor and it is a pretty good spot to be in. The building itself is a bit older, so the elevator is sometimes temperamental and we end up taking the stairs. We spend our days dealing with various steel orders that come in. It is mostly just answering phone calls and sending out emails to suppliers. The team here is small, and we have all known each other for a long time now. We do not really have a formal reception area, just a few mismatched chairs sitting in the hallway. We still have a lot of stacks of paper because we have not moved everything onto the computers yet. It feels a bit more real to have the files in your hands. Sometimes you can hear the horses from the race course if the wind is right, but usually, it is just the sound of traffic. Madhav Nagar is a nice enough place to work and there are plenty of spots to grab a quick lunch nearby. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the steel gets to the right place without too much trouble. Sometimes the logistics are difficult and we stay late to sort out a shipment. We just get it done.
