Dale Engineering&Technical Serivces has its office in SBI Colony, which is part of the JP Nagar 1st Phase area. We have been in this part of Bangalore, Karnataka 560046, for quite some time now. The building is simple and doesn't have any of those glass walls you see in the new tech parks. We prefer it that way. It’s a practical space where we can focus on the work without any distractions. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need a lot of formal meetings to know what to do next. We just talk across the desks. We don't use any fancy language to describe what happens here. If there is a problem, we just find a way to fix it. It’s a very honest way to run a business. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet during the day, which is nice for concentrating. Sometimes we have to head out to different parts of the city, but this office is always our home base. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon to keep us moving. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a dedicated team doing what we know how to do. We don’t have a marketing person, so this is about as much as we ever write about ourselves. We just show up and do the job.
