Our office is out in Dasanapura Hobli, located in the G J Complex. We are right in the Silver Line area near Sayaji Ganj. This part of town is all about transport and moving goods. There are trucks everywhere and the roads are always a bit dusty. We spend our days in the office keeping track of where the lorries are and when the loads will be delivered. It’s a lot of calling drivers and checking logs. The office is pretty basic with a few desks and a fan that never seems to stop spinning. We have been working in the transport line for a long time. It can be a stressful job when there are delays or the weather is bad, but we are used to it. We know most of the regulars who come through the complex. Sometimes we sit outside and talk to the drivers about the road conditions. We don't use any fancy software, just our notebooks and some simple files. It’s a practical business. You get your hands dirty sometimes and there is always something that needs to be moved. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The tea stall around the corner is our main stop for a break during the busy afternoons. We’ve been at this for years and the work never really stops, but that is the nature of transport.
