D H F L Vysya Housing Finance Ltd

Our office, D H F L Vysya Housing Finance Ltd, is tucked away on the second floor of the Venkatadri Building. We are over on Malleshwaram Station Road, right near the C E T Government Office. It's a busy spot, especially with people going to and from the station all day. Being on the second floor means we get a bit away from the street noise, but not entirely. The building is number 284. It is an older building, but it serves its purpose for us. We spend our days dealing with housing finance paperwork and talking to people about their homes. It’s a lot of numbers and documents. The office has several desks and some chairs for visitors. It isn't very decorated. We have some files stacked up and the usual office stuff scattered around. Our team has been working out of Malleshwaram for a long time. We know the area well. Most people find us because they are already nearby for government business. It’s a practical location. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so some of us just take the stairs to save time. We aren't trying to be anything flashy or corporate. We just handle the finance side of things for folks looking for houses. It's a steady rhythm here, from morning until the sun goes down and the station gets even more crowded with commuters heading home. We just keep our heads down and work.
