Cybermedia Dice Careers Ltd

You can find us at 308, Mahaveer Flora, which is over in Kengeri Satellite Town in Bangalore. We’ve been at Cybermedia Dice Careers Ltd for a while now, working out of this office. It’s a pretty standard setup, nothing too crazy. We spend a lot of time on computers, mostly dealing with career stuff and job listings. Kengeri is a nice enough area, and it’s a bit different from the center of town. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of coffee mugs lying around. It feels like a real workplace because it is. We don't have a fancy marketing team to write these things for us, so we just say it like it is. Most of the time, we’re busy matching people with the right roles, which involves a lot of reading and phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but we manage. It’s not always easy, especially when the tech side of things acts up, but we just fix it and move on. We’re just a group of people trying to help others find where they belong in the working world. It’s a simple goal, really. We don't need fancy words to describe what we do every day. We just show up, work hard, and go home.
