Customer Base Solutions

Our office, Customer Base Solutions, is tucked away in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, or RT Nagar as most people call it. We are situated at number 7 on the 4th Cross of the 1st Stage. If you are looking for us, the ICICI Bank is the best landmark to use since it’s quite close. The area is usually bustling with people going to the bank or the nearby shops. Our space isn't very large, but it fits what we need. We’ve got our computers set up and a small area for files. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the street noise throughout the day, which keeps things from being too quiet. We aren’t trying to be some big, polished company; we’re just local people working on data and client needs. The mornings usually start with a cup of tea and checking emails. The 4th cross is a bit narrow, so parking can be a headache sometimes, but we manage. Most of our day is spent talking to people or typing away. We’ve had this spot for a while and it’s become a bit like a second home to the staff. There are some loose cables under the desks and the printer sometimes acts up, but we get the work done regardless. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We don't have any big slogans, just the daily routine of keeping things moving for everyone involved.
