Cueflux Technologies Pvt.Ltd. is based over on 6th Cross in Billekahalli. We are just off Bannerghatta Road, which is always packed with cars and buses. Our office is a lot quieter than the main road though. We spend most of our time working on different tech projects and writing code. It is a simple setup with just enough desks for the team and a small corner for making tea. We aren't one of those places with bean bags or a pool table. We just have our computers and a few whiteboards that are usually covered in messy notes that only we can read. The building is a standard Bangalore structure, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit and we’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks during our meetings, but we just laugh it off. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. Everyone just chips in where they can. If a printer breaks, one of us fixes it. If we need supplies, someone goes down the street to get them. It’s a very hands-on way of running a business. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay out of the way of the big city noise. It’s a practical place for people who just want to get work done. We usually leave the door open for some breeze.
