Crystera Technologies Pvt Ltd (Netpay)

Our office is in the Supreme building, which is 119A/Cp-Iv over in Patteripuram West. Being in Aluva means we get a lot of rain, especially during the monsoon months when the Ernakulam district just turns green. The building itself is okay, though the elevator is a bit slow on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to get to their floor at the same time. We go by Crystera Technologies, though some people around here just call us Netpay. It’s a bit of a mix of tech and just regular daily chores. The office inside is mostly open space with a lot of wires running along the floor that we have to be careful not to trip on. We have a small area where we keep the kettle and some tea bags. Most of the staff comes in from different parts of Kerala, so there’s always a bit of a commute involved. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some trees, which isn't bad. We don't have a lot of corporate rules about where you sit or how you dress, as long as the work gets done. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when we’re all debating something, but usually, it’s just the sound of keyboards. It’s a grounded place to work. We aren't trying to be the next big thing, we’re just handling our business in Aluva like everyone else in the building does.
