Our office is located at Shree Niketan, which is 19/5 on the 6th Cross, 2nd Main in Madivala. This is the Maruthinagar area of Bangalore, zip code 560068. We share the space with Gayathri.M and it’s a fairly busy spot. Madivala is one of those parts of town that never really seems to sleep, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We handle management services, which basically means a lot of paperwork, coordination, and phone calls throughout the day. The office itself is pretty simple—desks, chairs, a few printers that sometimes jam, and lots of folders. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or modern art on the walls. It’s a place where work actually happens. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, and we like that we can just walk out and find whatever we need nearby. The team is small and we’ve all worked together for a long time, so there’s a lot of informal chatting while we get through our tasks. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have visitors, but we just pull up another chair and make it work. We don't follow a strict corporate manual. We just handle things as they come and try to make sure nothing gets missed. It’s a honest, local business vibe through and through, and we wouldn't have it any other way in this part of Bangalore. It works for us.
