Creative Resource Management

We’re based out in Bangalore, specifically in the Srikantarajeurs area. Creative Resource Management is basically just us trying to help businesses figure out their staffing and resources. It’s a busy city, and being here means we’re always in the middle of the hustle. The office is a pretty simple setup. We don't have those fancy beanbag chairs or game rooms you see in the big tech startups. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of phone lines. We spend a good chunk of our day talking to people and trying to match them with the right roles. It can be a bit tiring, honestly, but it’s what we know how to do. Bangalore traffic is as bad as everyone says, so we’re often a bit frustrated by the time we actually get to the office in the morning. Once we’re here, we just settle in and start making calls. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a small team doing our part. The neighborhood around Srikantarajeurs is okay, plenty of places to get a quick bite. We’ve been here for a while now and have seen people come and go. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out. It’s a straightforward job, and we try to keep our process just as straightforward for everyone we work with.
