Our office is at 3009/2 in Banashankari 2nd Stage, right on Dr Rajkumar Road. Creative Fidelity Management Solutions (India) Pvt Ltd is a long name, but we are just a group of people working on management stuff in Bangalore. The 560070 area is pretty busy, and being on Dr Rajkumar Road means there is always a lot of noise from the buses and cars outside. We spend most of our day at our desks, talking on the phone or working on computers. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. The building is just a regular office building, and we have our routine of coffee breaks and meetings. Sometimes the elevators are slow, or the traffic on the way to work is just terrible, but that is Bangalore life for you. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy posters on the walls. We just come in, do the work for our clients, and go home. Being in Banashankari 2nd Stage is convenient because there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick lunch. We have been here for a while now and we know the local shops and the guys who sell tea on the corner. It is a practical place for a practical business, and we just keep things moving along as best as we can every day. We don't worry about being fancy, we just worry about getting the management tasks done.
