We’re located over in the Industrial Suburb of Yeshwanthpur at number 67/3. Creative Aromatics is where we spend most of our time dealing with various scents and special chemical things. It’s a bit of an older industrial area, but it works perfectly for what we need. The smell in here is always interesting because of the different things we work with every day. It isn't a high-tech lab like you see in the movies; it’s a real working space with real people doing hard work. We’ve been in Yeshwanthpur for a long time, so we know all the local shops and the guys who run the tea stall just down the road. Our work takes a lot of patience and having a good nose for details. Sometimes a batch doesn't turn out quite right and we have to dump it and start all over again. That’s just part of the process we follow. We don't have a big human resources department or a public relations team to make us look fancy. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone and another person out on the floor handling the containers. We like the independence of being a private limited company but keeping that small local feel. It’s a specialized field, but we try to keep our approach very simple. We just focus on the aromatics and let the quality of the work speak for itself. It’s a decent living and we genuinely enjoy what we do here.
