Our office is tucked away in the Krishna Gopal Estate in JP Nagar, right next to the Srinivasa Kalyana Mantapa. We’ve been at 25/2B for quite some time now. Most of what we do involves coordinating supplies and managing the small-scale logistics for local vendors. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a big corporate office. We have old files stacked up and a few desks that have seen better days. The wedding hall next door makes it very noisy during the marriage season, especially when the bands start playing late into the night. We usually just close the windows and keep working. People from the estate come by to talk about their orders or to settle their accounts. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. My assistant handles the computer entries while I talk to the suppliers on the phone. We don't have a receptionist, so if you walk in, you might have to wait a minute until someone notices you. We’ve known the people around here for years, so business is mostly based on trust and long-term relationships. It’s a steady pace, and we like it that way. Sometimes the power goes out in this block, and we just take a break and have some tea until it comes back.
