Cosy Cabs is based at 194 Kathriguppe Mahalaxmi Five Road. We are right opposite the Shalimar Complex, which is a very busy spot with cars and bikes everywhere. Our office is the heart of the operation where the phones never seem to stop ringing. We manage a fleet of cars and drivers who are out all over the city at any given hour. It can get pretty stressful when the traffic is bad or when a driver gets a flat tire, but we just deal with it as it comes. We have a small map on the wall and a few logbooks where we keep track of who is going where. It is not a high-tech setup with fancy GPS screens everywhere; we mostly rely on knowing the city streets and talking to our drivers. People call us because they need to get to the airport or an important meeting on time. We do our best to make sure a car is there when we say it will be. The area around Mahalaxmi Five Road is always loud, so we have to shout a bit over the phone sometimes. We are just a local taxi business trying to keep people moving. We don't offer luxury limousines or anything like that. We just provide decent cars and drivers who know the shortcuts. It is a messy, busy business, but we have been doing it for years.
