Corporate Cuisine

Our business, Corporate Cuisine, is located at No. 53/1 in the HBR Layout area. We are specifically in the 4th Block, over on 2nd A Cross near CMR Garden. Bangalore is a big city, but this little corner of HBR feels more like a community. We aren't a big flashy restaurant on a main highway. Instead, we work out of this space to handle a lot of meal requests for local offices and groups. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen. It starts very early when the vegetable trucks arrive. We spend hours chopping, stirring, and packing things up. It’s a lot of routine, but we’ve gotten pretty fast at it over the years. The space isn't huge, so we have to be very organized or we end up tripping over each other. We don't have a team of fancy chefs, just a group of people who know how to cook solid, everyday food. Sometimes we run behind schedule when the traffic is bad or an appliance acts up, but we always manage to get through it. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. We just focus on the cooking part of the job. It's a bit of a hidden spot if you aren't looking for it, but we like it that way. It lets us focus on the work without too many distractions. We are just local folks making food for other workers.
