Convergys/Axa

We are located in KL, specifically in an area called Kjxsabj. It is a bit of a different name, but it is where we have ended up for our operations. Convergys/Axa isn’t just a name on a building; it is a group of real people working together every day. Our office is a simple place where we handle a lot of calls and data. It can get pretty hectic when the phones start ringing all at once. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is mostly just whiteboards and calendars to keep track of what needs doing. The local area around here is pretty quiet, which helps us stay focused. We don’t try to pretend to be anything more than what we are. It is a place of work, plain and simple. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long shifts. Everyone here has a specific job to do, and we just try to get through the day without too many hiccups. Sometimes the systems are slow, and we have to be patient with the technology. We aren't interested in making big promises or using polished language. We just show up, do our tasks, and go home to our families. Being in KL gives us a good base to work from. It might not be the most exciting place, but it works for us. We are just a team trying to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved. That is what our daily life looks like here.
