Convergys India Services

Our office is at House No 2 in Thoppil Nagar. We are located in the Muttada P.O. area of Trivandrum. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here compared to the busy main city center. We like that it’s a little quieter and more relaxed. Convergys India Services is based right here. 695025 is the local code for our area. The house isn't very big, but we’ve converted it into a workspace that fits us just fine. There’s a bit of greenery around Thoppil Nagar which is nice when we take a short break outside. We have our desks set up in the main rooms of the house. It doesn't feel like a corporate building with elevators and lobby guards. It’s more personal. We handle our daily tasks and manage our services from these rooms. Sometimes the mail takes a bit longer to reach this specific part of Muttada, but we don’t mind. Trivandrum is a beautiful city to live in. We’ve been here for a long while now. Most of the people working here live nearby in the neighborhood. We walk to the local shops for tea or lunch during our break time. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have fancy meeting rooms or boardrooms. We just sit together and talk through things. It’s an honest way to work every day.
