Our office for Convergeon Hr Services is in Bommanhalli, right at 26, 2nd Cross in the 2nd Stage area. If you are looking for us, we are quite near the Srinivasa Kalyana Mantapa, which is a big landmark around here. It is a busy part of Bangalore, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. We deal with hiring and paperwork all day long. The office is just a regular room with a few tables and some cabinets where we keep all the resumes and files. We have a lot of folders because recruitment involves a ton of documents that need to be filed away properly. It is not a high-tech space with fancy gadgets. We just use our phones and computers to talk to people and set up interviews. The commute to Bangalore-68 can be pretty tough with the traffic, but we are all used to it by now. We usually have a jar of biscuits and some tea in the corner for when we need a break. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We don’t have people to do the cleaning or the filing for us, so we just do it ourselves. We have been in this Bommanhalli spot for a good while and have gotten to know the other small businesses on the street. It is just a group of us trying to help people find jobs and keeping the records straight every day.
