Consindia Human Resources

Consindia Human Resources is located at 8 Sindhura Vr Layout in JP Nagar 1st Phase. We are specifically on the 1st Cross in Bangalore-78. JP Nagar is one of those neighborhoods that has changed a lot, but our corner feels a bit more settled. The office is in a building that looks like it could have been a house at some point. It’s got a bit of a cozy feel, though we’ve filled it up with desks and computers now. There are eight of us here most days, and it can get a bit crowded when we all have meetings at the same time. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or free snacks. Usually, someone brings a box of biscuits to share, and that’s it. The 1st Cross is a relatively quiet street, which is a relief given how loud the main roads in JP Nagar can get. We do a lot of talking on the phone and sorting through files to find the right people for different roles. It’s steady work and we don’t try to make it sound more glamorous than it is. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise on the medium setting, but it’s our space. We like being in this part of town because the trees are still there and it feels like a real place to live and work.
