You can find us at Confidential in Maruthi Nagar, Madiwala, in the 560074 zip code area of Bangalore. Madiwala is one of those places that never really sleeps. It’s always crowded with people catching buses or students looking for a place to eat. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s a small, functional space that we’ve been using for a while now. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. There’s a main room where most of us sit, and a smaller back room for storage and our basic kitchen supplies. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it hasn't been a priority for us. We’re more concerned with getting our work finished on time. The sound of the traffic from the main road is like background music for us now. We don't even notice it unless it gets really loud. We’re a small team at Confidential, and we all know each other well, so the atmosphere is very informal. There are no fancy titles or strict hierarchies here. We just divide up the work and get on with it. Sometimes we go out together to one of the local spots for a quick bite. Madiwala has so many small eateries that we never run out of options. It’s a busy, gritty, and real part of Bangalore, and our workspace fits right in. We aren't here to look important; we're just here to work.
