If you are looking for us, we are over in Bangalore at B.T.M 1st Stage. Our office is in the K.E.B Colony, specifically at Door No 193 on the first floor of the 6th Main. It is right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix. Being on the first floor is handy because we don’t have to wait for an elevator. The space is filled with files and CVs of people looking for work. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to candidates and companies. It gets quite noisy with all the chatter and the traffic outside from the main road. The room isn't very big, so we are all sitting pretty close to each other. We use old wooden desks that have been around for a long time. There is a small tea stall just around the corner where we usually go when we need a break from the screens. Finding people jobs is what we do all day, every day. It can be tiring, but it’s what we know. The office has a lot of natural light coming in from the windows, which is nice. We don't have a fancy reception area. People just walk in and we talk to them. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most of us live in the surrounding areas, so we know the local geography well. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of all the paperwork.
