Yelahanka has changed a lot lately, especially the Newtown area. I am located at 210 Smigb 4Th Phase, and my name is N D Balagali. This is where Computer Maintanence Corporation Ltd operates from, though it is basically a local operation. Bangalore is known for its big tech parks, but out here in the 4th Phase, it is more residential and quiet. I handle a lot of the maintenance work for people living around here. It could be someone's home PC that won't boot up or a small office nearby that has some networking issues. I have been in this spot for a while now. The room is usually full of old towers and cables that I am sorting through. It is not a shiny office with a receptionist. Usually, it is just me answering the phone and working on a machine at the same time. Traffic in Bangalore can be a nightmare, so I prefer working with the local crowd in Newtown where I don't have to spend hours on the road. People know me by name, and I know which house has which computer. It is a steady way to live. I don't use any fancy talk; I just look at the machine and tell the owner what I can do. Sometimes it is a quick fix, and sometimes it takes a bit more time. That's just how the work goes.
