Our small business is located on the first floor of the Balaji Complex at 10 Cubbonpet Main Road. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you get here, it’s a dedicated space for all kinds of computer work. We’ve been in the Cubbonpet area for quite a few years and have seen the technology change so much during that time. Our shop is usually filled with the glow of multiple screens and the smell of solder. We spend our days troubleshooting problems, fixing broken laptops, and sometimes trying to recover data from drives that have seen better days. It’s not a polished retail store; it’s more of a workshop where parts are scattered across benches and cables are hanging everywhere. We deal with everything from simple software issues to more complex hardware repairs where we have to look at the tiny chips on a motherboard. There’s usually a stack of machines waiting to be looked at, and we just work through them one by one. The main road downstairs is always loud with traffic, but up here on the first floor, we can focus on the delicate work. People bring their computers to us when they’re frustrated and need someone to take a look. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a circuit board. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy the challenge of fixing things.
