Competency Development Services

Competency Development Services is located over at Domlur Mission Cross High Ground 21/124. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you find the building, it’s pretty simple inside. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now, focusing on whatever tasks come our way. The name sounds a bit formal, but we’re actually a pretty laid-back group of people. Most of our day is spent talking to people or looking at training materials and notes. The office at 21/124 isn’t huge, but it fits us just fine. Domlur is a busy part of town, so there’s always some noise from the traffic outside our windows. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements on the street. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby and saw us. We just try to be helpful and get the job done without making a big fuss about things. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up during the summer, but we manage somehow. There are a few of us here who have been working together for a long time. We know how things run and we don't feel much of a need to change things up. If you drop by, you might find us in the middle of a meeting or just grabbing a quick lunch at our desks. It’s a practical workspace for people who want to get things done. We’re just regular folks working out of Domlur every day.
