Cognizech Consulting Private Limited is based out of Flat C 616 in the Platinum Lifestyle building. We are located in JP Nagar, 8th Phase BDA, right on the 80ft Road. Working from an apartment complex has its own rhythm. You see the same security guards every morning and neighbors walking their dogs while we are heading in to start the workday. Bangalore traffic on the 80ft road can be a bit much during peak hours, so we’ve learned to time our meetings around it. Our office space is basically just a regular flat turned into a workspace. It’s got enough room for our computers and a small table where we eat lunch together. We don't really do the whole corporate suit thing here. It’s more about sitting down and getting the work done without much fuss. Sometimes it gets a little noisy when there’s maintenance work in the building, but we’ve gotten used to it. Most of our days involve staring at screens and taking calls. We chose this spot because it’s central enough for us to get around but doesn't feel like those cold, empty office buildings in the tech parks. It feels more like home, which I think makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. There’s a small balcony where we stand sometimes just to breathe in some air when the work gets a bit heavy.
