We are based out of Bangalore. It’s a city that never really stops, and we’re right in the middle of all that tech energy. Our work involves a lot of technology and solving problems for different people. It’s not just one thing we do; it’s a whole mix of stuff depending on what’s needed that day. We spend a lot of time in front of our monitors, which is pretty standard for a city like this. The traffic in Bangalore is as bad as everyone says, so getting to the office can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. Once we’re here, it’s just about getting through the to-do list. We don’t have a bunch of slogans or posters telling us what to do. We just know our jobs and get on with them. The office atmosphere is fairly relaxed, though it gets busy when deadlines are close. We drink a lot of tea and coffee to keep going. It’s a diverse group of people here, all from different parts of the country. We don't try to sound like a big polished company in our daily talk. We just discuss things normally and figure out the best way to move forward. It’s a decent place to work. Nothing too fancy, just a lot of hard work and staying late once in a while when the work piles up on us and needs finishing.
