Cni Enterprise is based in the Crown Point Building at number 36. We have both the ground floor and the mezzanine level, which gives us a bit of extra room to spread out. We are located on Lavelle Road, right near where it crosses with Kasturba Road. It’s a pretty central part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside. The building is one of those older ones that has a bit of personality. Having the mezzanine floor is nice because it separates the quiet work from the more active stuff downstairs. We don't have a big corporate feel here at all. Most of the time, the place is a bit of a mess with samples and boxes, but we have our own system for finding things. It’s a small team, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We don’t bother with big meetings or long speeches. If something needs to be done, we just talk across the desks and get it sorted. Lavelle Road can be a nightmare for parking, so most of us use scooters or just walk if we can. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of places to get a quick bite nearby. We like being in the middle of everything. We don't put much effort into making the office look perfect. It’s a practical space where we come to do our jobs and then go home to our families.
