At Rmv 2Nd Stage, right at number 132, you’ll find the office for Clones Entertainment India. We aren't actually as big as that name might make us sound. It’s really just a few of us here who really like the process of putting on a good show. We handle all the speakers, the lights, and making sure the performers get to the right place at the right time. It’s always a bit of a scramble, especially when the weekends roll around. The neighborhood here is actually quite quiet compared to other parts of town, which is a nice change for us. We have a lot of heavy cables and big black boxes piled up in our storage area. Sometimes it takes us a little while to find the exact piece of equipment we need, but we always manage to get there. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If the phone starts ringing, whoever happens to be closest just picks it up. We do all sorts of events for schools, local clubs, and sometimes private parties for families. It’s mostly about making sure the sound doesn't cut out and the lights stay on when they should. We’ve had many long nights spent packing up gear after a show while the rest of the city is sleeping. It’s just what we do to make a living. No fancy mission statements here, just making sure the music keeps playing.
