Classic Shamiyana

Classic Shamiyana is based at 32 Dhole Patil Road in Nagawara. We handle tents, chairs, and all that stuff you need for a local event or a wedding. Our space is more like a warehouse than an office. We have piles of fabric and metal poles stacked up everywhere. It can get pretty dusty, especially when we are moving things in and out for a big job. We aren't event planners who wear suits; we are the ones who actually load the trucks and set up the poles. It’s hard work, and we are usually tired by the end of the day. We’ve been doing this in Nagawara for a long time. People know they can come to us when they have a function at home. We don't have a website or anything polished like that. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around the neighborhood. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it’s windy and we have to make sure everything is tied down tight. We have a small crew that has been together for years. We know the shortcuts around Dhole Patil Road to beat the traffic when we are heading to a venue. It’s a straightforward business. We provide the shade and the seating, and then we pack it all up when the party is over. We spend a lot of time cleaning the fabrics between uses.
