You can find us at Flat 303 in the Elegant Lee Villa. We’re right on Hormavu Main Road in Bangalore. Classic Search Pvt. Ltd is what we call ourselves. We’ve been in this building for some time. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic on the main road, which is always moving. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking through resumes. Finding the right people for jobs is harder than it looks. It takes a lot of patience. Our office is pretty lived-in. We have stacks of paper and empty coffee mugs everywhere. It’s not the most polished place, but it’s where we do our best work. Hormavu has grown so much lately, and there are new shops opening all the time. We like being right on the main road because it makes it easy for people to stop by. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches. We just listen to what a company needs and then try to find a person who fits. It involves a lot of talking and a lot of waiting. Sometimes we find someone perfect right away, and other times it takes weeks. We just keep at it until the job is done. There’s no magic to it, just keeping track of who is looking for what. It’s a steady job and we’ve made some good friends along the way.
