Clarico-Fpc (India) Pvt. Ltd. is found at 11th Cross in Malleshwaram. We are on the second floor of building number 116/6, in unit four. Malleshwaram is a great part of Bangalore because it still feels like an old neighborhood despite all the changes. Our office is quite simple and does not have any of that modern corporate feel. We have some desks, a lot of files, and a small area where we keep our tea supplies. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow and steep, so we always tell people to watch their step. We have been working from this location for a good number of years. It is a small team here, so we all know each other very well. We do not have a lot of formal meetings; we usually just talk across the desks if something needs to be sorted out. Most of our work is about managing the operational side of the business and keeping the paperwork in order. We usually bring our own lunches from home and eat together while chatting about local news. The traffic on the 11th Cross can get pretty bad in the evenings, so we try to finish up our work and get out before the worst of it hits. It is a very grounded and practical way to work. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy office, we just want to do our jobs.
