Citi Tyres

At Citi Tyres, we are tucked away on Domlur Modle House Street, right behind Shanthi Sagar. If you know the area, you know finding a spot can be a bit of a pain sometimes with all the traffic near the restaurant. The shop is filled with that heavy smell of new rubber which never really goes away. We have tires stacked up in the corners and out back at number 16. It’s a tight space but it works for what we do. People mostly find us because they’re already grabbing a bite nearby or they live in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on our feet on the concrete floor. It’s not the cleanest place because of the dirt from the wheels and the jack, but we try to keep things organized enough so we can find the right sizes. The street gets busy in the evenings especially. We see a lot of the same faces coming through Domlur. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights. It’s just us in the garage area mostly. The rain sometimes leaks in a little near the door when it’s heavy, but we just move the stock back. It is just a regular tire shop where we do the work and talk to the neighbors. We’ve been at this spot for a good while and the location behind Shanthi Sagar makes it easy to explain to people who are lost. We just keep our heads down and handle the wheels as they come in.
