So, this is where we are, Cisco Systems in Bangalore. We are situated at No.14, 1st A Cross. It is in Cambridge Layout, which is part of the Ulsoor area. The zip code is 560008 if you are looking it up on a map. It is an interesting part of town to work in. There is always something going on in Ulsoor. Our building is pretty straightforward. Inside, it is just people working on systems and talking on their headsets. We have got our desks set up and everyone just gets on with their daily tasks. It is not a very formal place despite what the name might make you think. We wear casual clothes most days and just focus on the technical stuff. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is funny given what we do for a living, but we fix it. We have a lot of meetings, maybe too many sometimes. But that is just part of the job. There is a nice vibe in Cambridge Layout. Lots of trees and old houses mixed in with the new offices. We grab food from the local spots around the corner. It makes the day go by faster when you have some good snacks to eat. We have been at this address for a bit. It is a solid place to be based. No big flashy signs, just a door with the number 14 on it. We like keeping it simple like that. It feels more real and less like a cold corporate building.
