Our location is at number 46, on the 5th Main and 6th Cross in Padmanabhanagar, Bangalore. The pin code is 560070. This isn't one of those flashy parts of Bangalore with glass buildings and expensive cafes. It is more of a quiet, residential-style neighborhood where people actually live. Our office is a simple building that blends in with the others on the street. We have been here for a while and it suits us just fine. Inside, it's pretty basic with some desks, chairs, and the usual computers. We don't have a big lobby or a security guard at a fancy desk. It is just a place where we come to handle our business. The 6th cross is a nice place to be because it isn't as loud as the main roads. We have a small team and we all know each other well. There is no corporate talk or complicated hierarchies here. We just talk like normal people and get our tasks finished. Sometimes we have problems with the internet or the power, but we just deal with it and move on. We don't try to sound like a giant global entity. We are just Cisco Pvt. Ltd. working out of this corner of Karnataka. It’s an honest, everyday kind of workplace. We like the fact that it’s not too far from where most of us live. It makes the daily commute much easier for everyone involved.
