Chung Wah Restaurant Koramangala I

We are over in Koramangala, right at number 20 on the 1st Main, 60 feet road. It is the 5th Block in the KHB Colony. If you see Masjid E Mamoor, we are just next to it. Being in Koramangala means there is always something going on outside. The traffic is usually a mess, but people still find their way to us. We have been in this spot for a long time. The restaurant isn't very big, but we fit enough tables in there. It feels cozy when it is full. We do not spend money on big ads or anything. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We do a lot of takeout orders because everyone in this part of town is in a rush these days. In the kitchen, it is mostly just us doing the same things we have done for years. We make the food the way we like to eat it. It is not some five-star setup with white tablecloths. We use plastic menus and simple plates. Sometimes a chair wobbles and we have to fix it. That is just how a real business works. We open up around lunchtime and stay late until the last person leaves. The staff stays late to mop up and get ready for the next day. It is a lot of hours on our feet, but we are used to it by now. Just a normal place in a busy part of Bangalore.
