Out here in Gnanajyothi Nagar, specifically in the Kempachennauiah Industrial Estate, things move at a different pace. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of heavy trucks and noise from the factories around Kamakshipalya and Magadi Road. We’ve been set up here for a bit at number 6, providing telecom services to the workers and small business owners in the estate. The shop is simple, nothing too special to look at, just a counter and some shelves with various connection gear. Being near Magadi Road means there’s always people passing through, so we get a good mix of customers. Some days are just spent helping people get their connections sorted or fixing minor issues with their setups. It’s dusty work because of all the construction and industrial activity nearby, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the equipment. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us on the ground, dealing with whatever comes through the door. The industrial estate has a lot of energy, and we fit right into the middle of it. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks in. If we can fix it, we will. If not, we tell them straight. That’s how we’ve always operated in this part of town. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes every single day when we open the shutters in the morning.
