Chigaru Paying Guest

This PG is located at 114 Nagarbhavi. We are very close to Gangamma Garden. It is a nice little spot for us because the garden gives the residents a good place to walk or sit in the evenings. The building itself is just a regular house that we have set up to accommodate guests. We have rooms for people who are mostly here for their college classes or office work. It stays pretty busy during the week. We handle the daily cleaning and make sure the kitchen area has the basics for everyone. This is a local operation and there is nothing corporate about the way we run things. We live nearby so we can drop in quickly if there is a problem with the lights or the bathroom plumbing. Nagarbhavi has changed quite a bit over the years with more shops opening up, but our specific street stays relatively calm. We don't have a big sign on the gate, just the house number. The rooms are basic but they have what you need for a comfortable stay. We talk to the residents about their day sometimes when they come back from their shifts. It is a small community living under one roof. We try to keep things honest regarding the monthly rent and the house rules. No one wants a complicated living situation when they are away from home.
