Chandu Dhaba

This place is located in a bit of a strange spot because the address says HSR Layout but it is also right by the Malleshwaram Railway Station. The pin code is 560102. It is a very busy area near the tracks. You can hear the trains passing by throughout the day. We run a dhaba here, which means we keep things very simple. We have wooden tables and benches for people to sit on. Most of our customers are people working nearby or folks who have just gotten off the train and need something to eat. We don't have a long list of rules or a corporate office. It is just us here in the kitchen and at the counter. The air is often filled with the smell of tadka and smoke from the stove. It gets very busy in the evenings when people are heading home. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the rush and getting ready for the next day.
