Chamundi Steel Centre

Being over here in Peenya at E-122 is always a bit noisy, but that is just how it goes with a steel business. We are right near Eshwar Motor, which helps people find us when they are navigating all the trucks and workshops around Punagam. Chamundi Steel Centre isn't some shiny showroom. It is a working yard where there is always a bit of dust on the floor and the smell of metal in the air. My clothes usually have a bit of grease or rust on them by the end of the day. We spend most of our time moving stock around and making sure the counts are right. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it. The guys here have been with me for a bit, and we know where everything is even when it looks a bit messy to an outsider. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer phones with a script. You just call and ask for what you need. If we have it, we tell you. If we don't, we might know who does. Dealing with steel is straightforward like that. It’s heavy, it’s solid, and it doesn’t need a lot of talk. We just keep our heads down and keep the orders moving out to the sites. That is how we’ve always run things here in Peenya.
