Chaithanya Restaurant

Our restaurant is tucked into the MTK Building on the Outer Ring Road in Indiranagar. It’s a busy location because of all the traffic moving along the ring road, and we get a lot of people stopping in while they are commuting. We have been here at number 744 for a while now. The space inside is functional—nothing too fancy, just plenty of tables and chairs for the lunch and dinner crowds. Being in Indiranagar means we see a mix of office workers and residents. The menu is quite varied because we try to have something for everyone who walks in. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours, especially with the road noise outside, but people don't seem to mind too much. We focus on getting the food out reasonably fast since most of our customers are on a schedule. The kitchen staff stays busy prepping vegetables and grains throughout the morning. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just rely on people seeing us as they drive by or walking over from the nearby offices. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep things running smoothly every day. It’s just a local spot for a regular meal when you’re in this part of Bangalore. We keep the doors open and the food ready for whoever comes in next.
